About Regulated Vapes

Vapes contain four key ingredients: nicotine, flavourings, propylene glycol (found in inhalers), and vegetable glycerine (used in cough syrups). Regulated vapes pose far less risk than smoking.

The Swap to Stop initiative was a great success in supporting a smoke-free future. It’s never too late to quit, for stop smoking support, please contact the Treating Tobacco Dependency Team for patients when they are in hospital cddft.ttdservice@nhs.net or the Darlington Stop Smoking Hub for support in the community.

Thank you to all who participated.
