County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) is proud to have once again received the Better Health at Work Award at the Maintaining Excellence level, recognising our ongoing efforts to support staff health and wellbeing.

The award, which celebrates employers across the North East and Cumbria for prioritising workplace health, has been part of the Trust’s commitment since 2010.

This year, CDDFT has also retained Ambassador Status for the third consecutive year - a distinction given to organisations that demonstrate long-term dedication and go above and beyond in promoting workplace wellbeing.

A celebration event was held on Thursday 6 March, where all participating organisations were recognised for their achievements.
