Jed Hillary, HR Advisor and upcycling hero, has created a unique and meaningful installation to honour Remembrance Day, using 100% recycled materials.
By repurposing poppies from last year's cenotaph display, an off-cut piece of a wooden beam, and a COVID-19 desk separator, Jed has crafted a striking tribute while saving materials from ending up in the skip or landfill.
Jed's incredible work is now on display at St. Clare's Church in Newton Aycliffe and in Memorial Hall at Darlington Memorial Hospital.
