Zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking
We are aware of our responsibility to patients, service users, employees and the local community, and we expect all suppliers to adhere to ethical principles and values, including our zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that:
- Employment within the CDDFT is entirely voluntary
- There is no modern slavery within our supply chain
- Our workplaces, and those of our subsidiary, and suppliers are safe, healthy and free from discrimination or harassment based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marital status and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion and belief, sex or sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law
- Our business practices are ethical and free from any form of bribery or corruption
