Our patients matter
In 2022, we launched our “Quality Matters” strategy for 2022/23 to 2025/26, rooted in the insights of our staff, service users, and stakeholders. Our commitment is clear: to keep patients safe, provide compassionate and personalised care, and ensure a positive experience throughout every patient’s journey.
Now in its third year, this updated strategy adapts to recent changes across our Trust and beyond, while staying focused on achievable, continuous improvements rather than sweeping transformation. Guided by our staff’s dedication and resilience, especially through the challenges of COVID-19, our goal is to protect patients, enhance their experiences, and improve clinical outcomes.
Our strategy includes clear commitments from the Board and senior leadership to:
