Another successful Cohort of Aspirant Leaders

aspirant
Investing in our people is key to providing the safest, most compassionate, and quality care for our patients and the communities we serve.
Congratulations to all members of Cohort 4 of the Aspirant Leaders programme who successfully completed their Dragons Den last week!
This follows 10 days of leadership training with Teesside University and representatives from key areas across the Trust.
They spoke with passion and professionalism throughout, and the service improvement ideas they brought to the dragons were truly inspiring and will make a difference for both staff and patients.

'As I was very, very nervous, I must have been the worst patient ever and they were brilliant with me and I can't thank them enough - could you please pass on my sincere thanks.'
