Hospital chaplains offer special church service

A NHS trust is holding a church service in Durham for anyone who has been affected by the tragedy of losing a baby at or around the time of birth.

Kevin Tromans, lead chaplain, writes, "This annual service of remembrance and thanksgiving is for anyone who has been affected by this very sad experience, including wider families and regardless of whether the loss was recent or in the more distant past.

"The service will take place at St Cuthbert's Church, North Road in Durham, starting at 7pm on Wednesday 1 March. It will last approximately an hour and anyone who wishes to attend will be welcome, and to join us for tea/coffee afterwards."

For further information on the service, please don't hesitate to ring the chaplains at University Hospital of North Durham on 0191 333 2183.
