Knitting project - thank you!

Recently, as part of our celebrations to mark 75 years of the NHS, we launched a fun knitting project. We invited #TeamCDDFT colleagues, and people in our local communities, to knit blue love hearts, which will contribute to a spectacular feature we'll be unveiling in July 2023.

We're pleased to say that we received over 700 hearts - a huge 'thank you' to everyone who took the time to take part.

What does your NHS mean to you?

As we mark this special birthday, we're also looking back on the history and achievements of our organisation - and our #TeamCDDFT colleagues and volunteers - and the opportunities that lie ahead to shape the next 75 years.

As part of this, we're asking staff, patients and the people in our local communities to share their stories with us. If you would like to share what your NHS mean to you, please fill in this short form.

We've already received lots of wonderful stories and we'll be showcasing a selection of them across our sites and on social media over the coming weeks and months.

'I cannot commend the clinic enough. It is marvellous we have this service at all and well done to you all.'
