County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust have been presented with a plaque, from 201 Field Hospital, as it has now amalgamated with Yorkshire Field Hospital.

The plaque is a thank you to all NHS Trusts in the North East, for our contribution to the Military Medical Operations worldwide through the support of the Territorial Army Medical Services.

Chief Executive, Sue Jacques and Executive Medical Director, Jeremy Cundall kindly received the plaque from Consultant Surgeon, Andrew Gilliam.

'Every aspect of my emergency care was dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally with full explanations and compassion from all staff involved'.
