The Provision of General and regional anaesthesia for most surgical specialities and Anaesthesia/ analgesia for the parturient population.

Overseeing and leading obstetric anaesthetic services in DMH.

The application and the practice of regional anaesthesia and analgesia particularly in orthopaedic surgery mainly for upper and lower limbs and other surgical specialties in general including the use of special techniques (ultrasound and/or nerve stimulation methods)of nerve localisation and anaesthesia according to the nature of surgery.

I am also involved in the management of intensive care patients on ad hoc basis.

I have published two papers in Obstetric anaesthesia and one in Day surgery and my current audits concentrate on patient satisfaction in pain relief for labour and patient satisfaction following provision of regional analgesia for orthopaedic surgical patients.
