I am a General Orthopaedic Surgeon. My elective practice is mainly Lower Limb Surgery. I take part in the on-call rota for trauma admissions and surgery.
My special interest is Arthroscopic Surgery of the Knee including Arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction.
I graduated from the University of Kerala in South India. My SHO posts were in the North West when I obtained the Diploma of the Royal College of Surgeons in England in 1993. I then worked as a clinical research fellow in the University of Bristol in Limb Reconstruction Surgery. My higher specialist training programme in Orthopaedic surgery was in the Northern Deanery. I also consolidated my specialist interest in a Fellowship programme in Victoria, Australia.
