We continuously gather feedback by using our Trust feedback cards, but you can also contact us via email, telephone or personally with your Occupational Therapist.  The feedback from the training courses we deliver enables us to improve services even further. We carry out regular Quality Assurance questionnaires with our families.

• "The areas that were highlighted from school were assessed 100%. The lady who conducted the clinic appointment was amazing with my son (patient) and her explanations were accurate and at a level a parent could easily follow"

• "The clinic visit was very good as we could see how he behaves in a different situation to home. The OT was very good with him and patient too"

• "The OT was very good at her job, she certainly knew her stuff. She gave me ways to try and get my son to be able to handle certain situations a little better and I'm hoping they work.
