Rehabilitation Engineering

Rehabilitation Engineering and Aids for Living (REAL) is a service committed to providing the clinical application of engineering principles and technology with the aim of restoring or improving the physical, mental and social well being of a person to his / her maximum potential. It is a truly Regional Service geographically serving the country from the North Yorkshire border up to the Scottish border over to and including North Cumbria. We provide an engineering support service to CDDFT, Regional Medical Physics and the Regional Technical Aid Service (REAL).
