Gynaecology

Gynaecology involves many aspects of Womens Health including colposcopy, thermal ablation, pre-operative assessment, infertility treatment, contraception, bladder training and many others.

We work across five sites across the trust and visit patients in their homes.

Our inpatient care is delivered at Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham.

Outpatient settings and daycases are carried out at these two sites and Bishop Auckland Hospital, Chester-le-Street Community Hospital and Shotley Bridge Hospital.
