Information for Suppliers

Please read the information below to understand how to register for the trusts credentialing service and how to access our procurement system to acknowledge orders and enter invoices to facilitate faster payments.

A key element of our e-procurement solution is the Cardea Supplier Portal which is a secure gateway for our suppliers to communicate electronically with all Trusts using this system. The portal is a free web based tool and will enable suppliers to transact quickly and efficiently across all aspects of the e-procurement process and promises benefits for both ourselves and our suppliers.
Registered Suppliers will have the ability to:

  • View all your orders
  • Acknowledge and query orders
  • Enter your invoices for payment against orders (either manually or electronically)
  • Raise and resolve queries direct to Procurement
  • Manage your own catalogues
  • Participate in Quotation and Tendering opportunities
