We're committed to supporting the needs of our patients

If necessary, we can make arrangements for a language interpreter, and in the case of the deaf or hearing impaired, a signer or lip speaker.

When a British Sign Language interpreter is arranged, we will confirm with you, that the interpreter has been booked and if you wish, we will inform you of the name of the interpreter.

You or a member of your family may like to contact the ward or department staff prior to your admission or appointment to make arrangements. Please allow us as much time as possible to arrange this. If you require information in a different language, please contact the relevant ward or department.
