All checklists presented have been developed by specialists within the associated procedural areas with coordination and support being provided by the LocSSIP Implementation and Governance Group. They are intended to be used by trained healthcare professionals undertaking the specific procedures and should not be used in the absence of the appropriate team training.

NHS England encourages sharing of locally developed Safety Standards and in order to engage fully with the 'spirit of LocSSIP', CDDFT has constructed this publically accessible webpage to facilitate access and to help support others in their endeavours to introduce similar standards. Please note that this page will change regularly as amendments take place and additional resources are added.
