Quality Matters: our clinical and quality strategy

Quality Matters : our quality improvement strategy

strategy 2022

Through engagement with our staff and stakeholders we have refreshed our quality improvement strategy to set out our quality priorities for the next four years.  We have also included our plans for improvement in each area and how we will provide our staff with the tools, techniques, training and methods to help them make quality improvements in their areas of work.

Our vision is to be "Right First Time, Every Time". It is underpinned by four strategic aims, all supported by the Quality Improvement Strategy.
