About our services
We provide patient assessment, diagnosis, care planning, treatment and health education services for children and adults across community and hospital settings in County Durham and Darlington. We also provide a dedicated tube feeding service to all patients who cannot eat or drink to meet their nutrition and hydration requirements.
Our team consists of qualified Dietitians and Dietetic Assistants along with our administration support team. All of our Dietitians are registered with the national regulatory body, The Health and Care Professions Council.
How to access our services
You may be referred to our service by other healthcare practitioners such as your GP. All referrals are prioritised so that we can deal with urgent cases first. If you are a healthcare professional wishing to refer a patient, please visit this section.
