Personalised CPD Programme for Registrants

We are excited to launch our Continuing Professional Development programme, providing funded education for our nurses, AHPs and midwives within our Trust. The programme will ensure that you receive appropriate CPD over the next 3 years which will align to the strategic objectives of the organisation, enhance your learning and development and ultimately improve patient care. We have developed a suite of modules, masterclasses and webinars that have been developed following consultation with staff delivered by Teesside University.

You will have 100 points to utilise and create a personalised development plan over a 3-year period based on appraisal and career development requirements, these points will not be formally accredited.
