Our Trust recognises that appraisal is a key part of both personal and organisational development.
Appraisal provides an opportunity to reflect back over a period of time, on all aspects of the job, to determine the areas in which you feel you have performed well, where you have encountered problems, why this may be the case and the measures you could take to improve your future performance and develop personally.
