The Health and Care Video Library has been designed to help people manage their health and wellbeing, alongside the care provided by healthcare professionals. The videos have been written by medical scriptwriters, and reviewed by NHS clinicians. The videos are reviewed regularly to ensure that they provide up-to-date information.
Patients and members of the public can click HERE to access the Health and Care Video Library.
Healthcare professionals can click HERE to access the Health and Care Library Resource Hub, a set of tools and resources to help you maximise the impact of using the video library.
Reading Well Books on Prescription helps individuals understand and manage their health and wellbeing using self-help reading. The books are endorsed by health professionals, as well as by people living with the conditions covered and their relatives and carers. The scheme is also supported by public libraries.
Our Trust Library Service has purchased books to support the main core areas with prepared reading lists on Long Term Conditions, Mental Health and Dementia.
