NHS North East Leadership Academy (NELA)

Hosted by County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, the NHS North East Leadership Academy (NELA) is a partnership organisation with the core purpose of developing leaders and managers across the North East to maximise capability and capacity to improve services for patients.  NELA offers a range of development opportunities to NHS staff in the North East including open master classes and leadership summits, development networks and formal development programmes.
