Your Employee Assistance Programme (Health Assured) provides valuable resources and personal advice to help you through life's tricky times, including counselling.
Help is at hand all day, every day.

TRiM Practitioners help people understand the effects that traumatic events can have upon people and can signpost to help.
As a member of #TeamCDDFT we want you to be at your best and care for yourself so that you can continue to deliver safe, compassionate, joined-up care to others in the form of patients, carers, community and colleagues.
This wellbeing conversation tool is to support you to share how you are feeling and identify any support that you may need to continue to be at your best.
Includes:
Chaplains are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for staff and patients, to offer support, to help with reflection on challenging dilemmas, or simply as someone to listen and as a shoulder to cry on.

The library service is available to CDDFT staff including those working in the community and students on placement within the Trust.
The service is able to provide books, ebooks and audio books on a range of health and wellbeing topics.
Colleagues are very welcome to come and visit us in the library to find out more.

National Resources
NHS England and NHS Improvement have developed a range of support which all NHS colleagues can access through one point of contact. This includes a free wellbeing support helpline, providing confidential listening from trained professionals and specialist advice, including coaching, bereavement care, mental health and financial help.
Apps
NHS staff have been given free access to a number of wellbeing apps to support with their mental health and wellbeing. Find out for more information, including how to access support and when this free offer expires.
